MK17 EVO2 C370 REGULATOR
Description:
The MK17 EVO 2/C370 is a compact and lightweight regulator ready to explore dive sites around the world. The MK17 EVO 2 is more compact and lighter than its predecessor MK17 EVO and the MK19 EVO thanks to a new forged brass body, dry chamber with a dual spring arrangement for increased reliability and compact size and no rotating turret.
Small but powerful when it comes to delivering air, the C370 offers convenient user controls, including a diver-adjustable inhalation effort control knob, a coaxial dive/pre-dive control and a wide, easy-to-activate purge button.
The MK17 EVO2/C370 is the preferred regulator for all types of divers and is suitable for any recreational diving situation.
MK17 EVO 2 FIRST STAGE
- The new design allows it to be considerably smaller and lighter than the MK17 EVO and MK19 EVO.
- The design is based on a forged brass body and dry chamber with a dual spring arrangement for increased compactness and reliability.
- The sealed offset diaphragm design makes it the ultimate compact first stage for cold water or contaminated submersible conditions.
- The balanced diaphragm with marine-grade chrome-plated brass body allows air to be drawn in consistently and effortlessly whatever the depth, tank pressure or breathing rate.
- The dry chamber is completely isolated from the environment with a unique double membrane system that prevents the entry of contaminated water. The edge is designed to improve heat exchange, making the first stage resistant to cold water.
- Two opposing high-pressure outlets positioned at a 15-degree angle allow the first stage to be positioned up or down, facilitating optimal hose/transmitter placement.
- Due to the position of the high-pressure outlet, a transmitter adapter is not required.
- Weight (g): INT 232 : 797g ; DIN 300 : 572g
- Intermediate pressure (bar): 9.2-9.8
SECOND STAGE C370
- Balanced valve reduces inhalation effort at any depth and supply pressure.
- The compact and robust housing made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon thermoplastic and the discharge line take up little space in a dive bag.
- The stainless steel construction on the front cover gives it that special SCUBAPRO C-Series touch.
- The discharge chute helps reduce breathing effort.
- Features a knob to control inhalation effort and a coaxial control for dive/pre-dive.
- Large purge button, easy to press even with thick gloves.
- The oversized inner section of its high-flow hose allows for greater airflow with each inhalation.
- Compact high-flow mouthpiece improves airflow and brings more comfort to the mouth, and is suitable for mouths of all sizes.
- Weight (without mouthpiece): 171 g.
